Before becoming a counsellor, I worked across legal, housing, substance misuse services and education. These roles taught me a great deal about people, resilience and how heavy life can sometimes feel.
Becoming a mum shifted my understanding of identity, relationships and what it means to care for yourself while caring for somebody else. It also deepened my interest in motherhood, matrescence, attachment and the emotional reality of parenthood.
Alongside this, I support adults experiencing anxiety, low self-worth, relationship difficulties and other periods of change or uncertainty.
I welcome adults from a range of backgrounds and aim to offer counselling that feels respectful, inclusive and free from judgement.
